How can I add points after purchase?

My boyfriend surprised me with a product I had mentioned I was wanting to purchase, but he didn't give them my email. I have the receipt! Can I add points anywhere still? Thanks in advance 🙂

Here's how to view your private messages: Go to 'home' page; click on 'bell' icon; see default drop-down menu w/"Notifications" highlighted; instead, highlight & click "Messages." I hope this information helps!

Thank you RaquelBT. I had found it just a short time after I had made my post. I sent her a picture of my receipt, but I am still waiting for her reply and for the points to be added. Do you know if this usually takes a bit of time to get sorted?
