How bad are shipping delays?

I placed an order on April 6; it has not yet shipped. I do realize we are living in very challenging times but this is more than the "slight delay" noted on the order page. I spoke to customer service a couple of days ago and they said they had no idea what was going on. I have a few things I'd like to get during the sale but this has made me reluctant to order. If Sephora could post how long the delay will be to prepare an order prior to it getting to Canada Post (or USPS), that would be helpful in deciding whether to place it. Thanks for the help.

Thanks; I'm very appreciative of the efforts of people still working and that orders can be fulfilled at all. Just would like some sense of when things might be moving.
