How To Delete Old Account?

Hello! I was wondering if it's possible for Sephora to delete my old account on here since I chose to use another email. I also have 202 points on the other account, so is it possible for them to be transferred onto my new account? Would really appreciate any sort of feedback and hopefully a solution.
