Horrible experience

BEWARE. I have never had a problem in any other Sephora before, I came to this store on August 30th around 6pm! And asked one of the associates for the brand name called “Morphe” because I said it incorrectly her co-worker named Diana started laughing at me and whispering things to her other co-worker, mimicking me and looking at me in such a disrespectful way. This is extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful. My cousin was with me and she witnessed the whole entire thing, and hearing her mimic me saying the name incorrectly, my cousin asked for manager, which was also acting unprofessional and kept telling my cousin to “calm down” and that was a “misunderstanding” and when my cousin told her to talk to that associate she did not and kept saying I can bring her here to tell you that it was a "misunderstanding"so disrespectful.. later on I called and asked for the head managers name, and asked to be transferred over to the lady that was claiming to be manager which kept saying completely different names from what cashier was telling me, she was making up names of who head manager of that location was. As a Sephora customer this is disgusting I will not be shopping at this location any more. My cousin shops a lot from Sephora that she is a VIP Rouge she will not be shopping from there anymore either. This is really disrespectful you shouldn’t hire employees like that!!
