Horrible customer service online

I’ve been a rouge member for many years and I rarely raise an issue with customer service. But in the past they have always been attentive and quick to fix an issue or offer a solution that works. Not any more I guess. I’ve heard from others they’ve had a bad experience and it finally happened to me. May be moving over to Ulta or shopping direct from the brands websites. So disappointed.
