Horrible customer service LOST PACKAGE

I ordered a package for the rogue sale. I spent $500 and on track lost my package. I open a claim with on track. They said they cannot locate my package or confirm It was left, but it says it was delivered so I contacted Sephora. Sephora says they cannot refund me or offer me. Any kind of replacement for my package on track is blaming Sephora. Sephora is blaming ontrac, i used Afterpay to pay for this I reached out to them. They said they cannot do anything into Contacts Sephora so now I’m stuck making payments on this stuff that I have not received and I’m not getting any help from either three parties. I’m paying for items. I did not receive my package. it’s been more than a week since it says it was delivered and no one is helping me. I’m so frustrated I literally never wanna shop here ever again like this is ridiculous!!!! I literally ordered like so many items and then the package is missing. I’m being blamed for it and being told to just pay for it by both parties. What kind of customer service is this? I don’t even get offered or replacement or anything. I literally sent Afterpay Sephora and on track emails between each other and they’re all telling me to contact each other. I sent Sephora the claim I made with on track and they don’t care and are still telling me I need to pay for it.
