Horrible Service in Levittown, NY

The Levittown, NY location in Kohl’s has the worst customer service of any Sephora store I have ever visited.  Every Sephora I have ever visited has always had the most helpful and knowledgeable employees.  I honestly do not know what is going on at this Levittown location.  I went in today to purchase several items and asked the young salesgirl at the register if she could help me.  She smugly asked me what she could help me with.  I asked her for help at the Ilia makeup section and she agreed to meet me there once her co-worker returned to man the register.  Well, I waited and waited and when I went to look for her, she did not seem to be in any rush as she was too preoccupied with her phone.  I stood by the register and didn’t not even get a glance in my direction.  I was ready to spend a decent amount of money but will never shop at this location again.  I will also be contacting a Regional Manager.

I do not have any additional details to add to the horrible service I received at the Levittown, NY location at 1:20pm on August 23rd.  The young lady appeared to be Hispanic, was petite, and had dark hair, and glasses with a heavy, dark frame.  Thank you.
