Horrible Online Ordering Experience

I typically don’t order online from Sephora but I warn anyone who does especially for the first time. This is the SECOND order I have tried to order online and once again Sephora decides to cancel it due to “unsuccessful authorization”. I already went through the process of CONFIRMING the credit card I used with customer service on the phone and even waited til the end of the week to reorder. The same cancellation happened within minutes. I am never ordering anything online again from Sephora. This is the only business that I have ever experienced such horrible customer experience in terms of ease of ordering online. Never again!!!!

Same issue ... tried online ordering and order was cancelled 3 times.  Info received says payment info cannot be verified & email suggestion says to check info with bank.  Same address and info I've had since the 1990's on this credit card so I have no idea what the problem with Sephora.com data could be.  Contact with phone & email customer service reps were unsuccessful.

I agree same thing has been happening to me for over 6 months and sephora has failed to rectify the issue - its awful customer service
