Holiday Bonus this weekend - Rouge members are excluded?!

Hi, I have been a rouge member since it started.  I always wait for your holiday products, put them in my cart (hoping they don't sell out!) and wait for the holiday 20% off discount.   I was waiting for the sephora favorites 12 days to come out and it did yesterday.  Went to use the 20% off and now find out this year this weekend is only for VIB members!!  Not sure why you would do that to rouge members but I did email and got no response!  Is there anything you can do?  I have a ton of stuff in my cart!!!  Thanks!
