Highly disappointed!

I placed an order with Sephora on the 9th. I just received my order and took my items out of the box. Everything was there, except my micellar cleansing water was completely empty with the lid off the bottle!!! Nothing was wet, but I could smell the product on the inside of the bottle! Talk about disappointed! I spend a lot of money with Sephora for something like this to happen! When I called customer service, she acted like it was no big deal and told me she would send me another bottle within the week or give a refund. I told her of course i wanted the item. She didn't offer me any samples or anything for their mistake. I mean, i expect better from this company. Does this happen often!? Does anyone else on here get empty bottles with the rest of their purchases??? 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

My replacement order didn't come today like the lady said it would. I'm not getting any replys back, nor what I bought. I'm just not understanding why Sephora isn't trying to satisfy their customers????

I received your PM and after I replied, I never got a message back. Please PM me. My replacement micellar cleansing water never showed up like the woman said it would.
