I am working on phasing mine out of China as well, so I get what you mean. I dont have a store near me...was shocked about the wet and wild news last week...smh. I hope you figure it out and it's made anywhere but China 🙂 Have a great day/night

Sephora Collection products are manufactured in different locations depending on the product. The Sephora Collection Retractable Waterproof Eyeliner is cruelty free. I hope that this helps.

I don't purchase products made in China, so being cruelty-free doesn't answer my question/concern. I'll just have to look at the product label next time I am in store. Thank you anyway.

I tried to look around and the only thing I found was they say its cruelty free and here are the ingredients ; Ingredients ​Cyclopentasiloxane, Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Synthetic Beeswax, Microcrystalline Wax, Mica, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, VP/Hexadecene Copolymer, Myristyl Alcohol, Tocopherol, Lecithin, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, Magnesium Silicate,Glyceryl Oleate, Citric Acid. Not sure if this helps any or not, but if I come across more then I'll post it.
