Help!

I ordered a bottle of Tom Ford liquid foundation for $100. The bottle arrived to me broken and is completely unuseable. I immediately contacted customer service where a Sephora rep promised me he’d send a replacement bottle. It never arrived. I contact CS once again only to be told to be patient! I call yet again and am then told the return period has passed and that basically I’m out of luck. I’m seriously upset over this situation and just want a refund and not do any further business with Sephora. Sadly, customer service isn’t cooperating! How can I contact someone higher in charge? Thank you!
