Hello! I have a question and I’m hoping someone can give me an answer. I received a gift from a friend, its the CoverFX drops... however, I already have one in the exact same shade and I know I’ll never use up two of them (a little goes a long way). However, my friend doesn’t have a receipt or a Sephora account, so there’s no proof that she bought it, but can I still return it for store credit? I’d feel bad keeping it because it’ll never be used. /:

It sounds like this item was purchased in-store, and the store may be able to locate the transaction using your friend's Beauty Insider account information, or with the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. I hope this helps! If you have questions, please send me a private message. 🙂
