I have a problem and I really need some help. I recently bought some drunk elephant baby facial. When I got I didn't get to use it for a week... When I went to use it the pump did not work at all and I've tried everything! I tired to use it again Sunday and still nothing, and the product is so tick it doesn't come out of the bottle. I live about 30-40 minuets to my closest Sephora I am working 12s right now and won't have time to go to a Sephora. I was hoping Sephora could send me a new one? I asked this question on the customer service group with a comment saying the store hours of all Sephora’s... that obviously does not help with my problem.. I always order online for that reason but I've been having problems with getting some orders damaged. I ordered the Sephora fan brush and when I got it today it was broken 😞
