Help with making an order

I am having sooo much trouble making orders with the website ever since last night and when I call the Sephora rouge line it just gives me a flat line.

Is there any way I can make an order and use the 20% from yesterday. I was able to make one order on Tuesday but the website kept giving me an error every time I tried to add items to my shopping bag yesterday.

I feel so frustrated, is there anyone who could help me with this? Thanks so much!
