Help with account

Account erased?

I was already logged in to my account on the app, but every time I tried to go into the beauty insider section to look at my points, rewards, and such it would say “email not found” or something similar like that. (I was able to do this day last month with no issues). But I was in fact signed in because at the top it said Hello (my name), all my history of favorites were there, all my purchase history I could see, etc. So I thought I’d sign out and sign back in, but instead of letting me sign back in it said I needed to create a new account/email not found. I went through the steps of creating an account thinking it was going to tell me an account already exists except it actually created a new account with my email. Same and only email I’ve ever had. All my history, saves, and points are gone too. Please help. My account was also linked to my phone number which I give at the register in store and I’m found.
