Help with a SiJCP Return

Hi, I got a gift card for SiJCP and ordered a palette that I’m allergic

to. I don’t have the packaging, but normally I would return this to Sephora. Can I return SiJCP online orders to Sephora? There’s actually no JCPenney anywhere near me and I’m afraid I can’t mail it back without the original packaging. Thanks!

You can return products purchased on JCP.com to any Sephora or Sephora inside JCPenney retail store. Bring your order invoice and your return label and a Sephora Cast Member will be happy to process your return.
