Help with Order

I placed an order at 12am...I went back in about an hour and a half later, and am unable to cancel? It was the middle of the night and shipping is delayed! I need to cancel this. I called at 8am and was refused to cancel. I am going to call my bank but this is really ridiculous. I wont get it until the 13th of Dec!

Can i opt to pick this up at the store? I also couldn't figure out how to do that at checkout last night.
