Help with Gift Card

I have spent all day trying to get this resolved. Been to three different stores who refused to help. Called and chatted numerous times. I was given two $250 gift cards for my birthday. The โ€˜card numberโ€™ is scratched off. I have the pins and the barcode is visible. I just want to redeem these online. I live 40 miles from the closest store. Itโ€™s a little ridiculous that no one can help when itโ€™s your own design flaw that caused this in the first place.

@psychopixi13, I'm sorry to hear this! If the gift card was purchased from Sephora directly (not a third-party retailer) and you have the receipt, we may be able to look up the card number. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). I turned on my private messages. I donโ€™t have a receipt. They were gifts for my birthday from someone who lives out of state. This entire situation is super frustrating and itโ€™s been said on other posts that customer service would email out e-gift cards and yet at every turn Iโ€™m being met with rude individuals who are inferring that Iโ€™m being dishonest because I donโ€™t have a receipt? For a gift I was given? Please dm me about this.

@psychopixi13, we're only able to find the gift card number if it was purchased from Sephora directly and you have the receipt. I do apologize for the disappointment this may cause. I'll be happy to send you a message to follow up, but please kindly note that I may not be able to assist further in this instance.
