Help please re; NO samples or Promo & 2 orders placed, received only one...

Hello BT lovelies, I'm having a few issues...I placed an order on 5/5 & another on 5/7 I just received the 5/7 order but my samples & promo were not in the box (I even opened all the paper in case they slid inside) but nothing at all! My order from the fifth still says processing & I see the items I ordered are now OOS so I'm not even sure I'll receive this order! I order online for 2 reasons; #1 because I had spine surgery that went wrong which often leaves me incapacitated lying in bed for days & #2 because I love, love, love trying samples! I purchase two things with my tight budget, food & makeup/skincare...few things help to escape my bodies new reality but I find peace in writing and I find joy in learning & applying makeup, trying new products which is why samples are so important as they help me decide if a product is something I could justify spending $ on. I understand that it may seem pointless or silly to most that I apply makeup only to sit in my house, not go anywhere or see anyone but before I had my son or a career, makeup was a passion of mine...now that my son is in the USMC & my career ended abruptly after my illness & surgery I was left feeling very alone. That is until I stumbled upon a few YouTube makeup application videos which reignited my former passion; SEPHORA & MAKEUP! Pre-pregnancy I don't remember there being an Ulta, we had Sephora & Macy's in my area...the internet in 1996 was not the shopping giant it is now! While I wish I could go to Sephora every week to experience that rush of feeling like a kid in a candy store, I'm physically unable to do so (not to mention, there's no 'samples' offered) therefore I rely on my Sephora App to deliver me that same feeling but on a much smaller, yet comfortable scale & I love the 'idea' of 2-day shipping & extra benefits being Rouge that I've yet to be invited to a Rouge only event, etc! On the rare occasion my pain levels are tolerable & feel up to the challenge of sensory overload I go to my local Sephora, losing track of time! The Team there knows me by face or name, not because I'm pushy, difficult or there all the time but because when I go I never want to leave! I slowly browse & love learning about what the cast members are wearing, what they like or don't like about products & I'm not shy in offering gratitude for their help or praising their knowledge, makeup skills, etc...embarrassingly, Sephora is really my only social outing!!!
I'm sorry for writing sooo much but I hope that you feel my passion through my writing & that you're able to help me resolve why I rarely receive 2day shipping & why I didn't receive any samples/promos as this isn't the first time this has happened ( I understand running OOS but then why not put something in its place...surely, there has to be other samples or promos available???)
