Help needed: Order status pending

I placed an order on Nov 11 and to date, the order is still in pending status. I have received no status update about my order. Hearing that some orders have cancelled because the items they have ordered are out of stock. I'm now wondering if there are any issues with my order. Would  someone be able to help check up on the status of my order? Called the customer service but it wasn't helpful because he can't check into the real status of my order. I kinda need the items I ordered soon as I will be away in a week's time. Hope someone can help me check on shipping date..
