Help! lost/stolen package!

Hey girls!!! I please need help with a delivery, does somebody know why it appears “chat unavailable” any time I try to contact customer support??? And if so, do y’all know any email, I’ve been trying to contact the Sephora team for days now😕 Thanks!!! #help #delivery #stolen
