Help finding credit card account number

Hello,

I need to find my Sephora credit card account number. I haven’t gotten my card in the mail yet but I’d like to cancel it. I’ve tried calling the credit card customer service line at least 5 times but I’m put on hold and then they hang up. Also, I saw another user post that they won’t release your account number over the phone anyway. How can I get my account number?
