Help! My Sephora Gift Card Balance is 0!

Hello, 

I have a Sephora gift card from a few years ago that I have yet to use. I wanted to buy some things using Sephora's app so I went to check my gift card balance. For some reason, the balance is $0? I know I have not used this gift card and the balance of it should be around $200.

Would anyone be able to help explain as to why my balance is at $0? Sephora's gift card FAQ section says there is no expiration date for gift cards so I'm confused as to what is happening here.

I am having the same issue now. Currently on the phone with support and it appears that no one has any idea what to do. So annoying. Never again will I purchase a Sephora gift card.
