Help! My Points are gone!

Ive been a long time Sephora shopper, and have been saving my points for something special. It was an unpleasant surprise to sign on this morning, and see my status and reports have been wiped out. 

My husband has been battling terminal cancer for several years. During this time, I've battled deep depression and the only time I shopped was Christmas, for Sephora gifts from others. Consequently, my annual purchases dropped significantly, and you took away my status and points. This bothers me immensely. Had I known my points would disappear, I would've used them. 

I'd like my status and points back. Also, I failed to get my birthday gift since my husband was hospitalized for much of May. When someone you love is in a fight for life, it's not easy to remember a birthday gift or annual purchase requirements. 

Can you restore my status and points, and give me the opportunity to get my birthday gift now?
