Help - Missing Items from 10/30 Order

I've never had this issue with online ordering from Sephora before but I noticed 3 items were missing from my order during the first leg of the VIB Rouge sale. I thought it would arrive in multiple shipments as in the past, but it seems like they just weren't included at all. I ordered 2 FOREO Luna plays, 1 Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip in Uncensored, and a Tarte eyeliner. I'd appreciate Sephora's help with this. Thanks!
