Help! Lost gift card !

So my mom bought me a $100 gift care for Christmas and I have an 11 month old she plays with my wallet and now I can’t gind it anywhere !! I saw it in my room but now it’s gone!! I feel horrible for losing it but is there anything I can do to retrieves it if she bought it on my beauty insider card ??

Hello the same thing just happened to me I just got this gift card for Christmas for my husband and I'm pretty sure my little one has broken it throwing it away or misplaced it somewhere I've looked everywhere for it. I do have the receipt is there anything that can be done?

They cant help at all even with the original receipt of purchase and all the information they take they apparently do not keep track of their gift cards whatsoever...  and their receipts dont show the last four numbers either....  this giftcard policy and company is a scam.... NEVER BUY A SEPHORA GIFT CARD....

Were you able to resolved this problem? My local store is saying they can't help me even if I have a receipt.

Hi @Anonymous, so sorry to hear that! Generally speaking, we aren't able to replace lost/stolen gift cards. If you mom still has the receipt for her initial purchase of the card, we may be able to look it up. I recommend contacting your local store for help with this (even better if it's the store where she purchased) or giving us a call at 1-877-SEPHORA if she'a able to locate her receipt. Good luck!
