Help! Lasership lost my package!

Dear Customer Service,

 

I'm so upset as I was excited to receive my items from the Rouge sale that I so carefully selected.  Sadly, Lasership ship status claimed the package was "Delivered" and "left at front door" yesterday.  I checked outside both my apt front door and the building front door a mere 2 hours after they claimed it was delivered and no package in sight.  

 

Their customer service said it was best to contact the vendor to resolve any issues. 

 

Can anyone help me out here?  Otherwise I am out quite a bit of $$$ due to Sephora choosing to go with an incompetent, dishonest shipping co. with a terrible reputation.

Lasership Definitely Sucks! I've had several instances with them in which my packages were lost in transit. I never had one where they claimed delivery but I'm not surprised. I had 1 package be tagged undeliverable due to damage only to be delivered with some substance spilled all over it. Their Customer Service is useless. I've tried contacting the local dispatch and the 1-800 number (They could care less). Their drivers sort of operate like Uber. They get about $2-3 per package delivered. I had a US Postal service package marked delivered but I never got it. Unfortunately, because it was marked delivered. The vendor couldn't help and the mail carrier swore up and down it was Not delivered to the wrong address (because they don't make mistakes). I ended up disputing the charge with the credit card company.
