Help! Gift card is 14 digits

Hi! I received a giftcard over Christmas and it is a physical gift card. I peeled off the back and the card # is 14 digits and the pin is 8 digits. The card is not damaged nor have the numbers rubbed off. It says it’s invalid online, can someone please help?! 😞

Did it ever get resolved???? I got a gift card too and it only has 14 digits and 8 numbers for the pin!!!

@JennyE24, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with more information, I'll look into this.

I am having same issue. Got a gift card as a graduation present for my niece and it had 14 digits only. Imagine my embarrassment when she came and gave it to me saying it says GC is invalid.  I have tried called customer support, emailed them, tried everything from my side. And Sephora is denying all claims, saying it’s my fault and they can’t do anything. SEPHORA - did not expect this from you. I have my GC to prove that it has only 14 digits. It’s a  SCAM they are running. BEWARE!!

@LSMagic001 I'm sorry to hear that! We should be able to locate the gift card in our system with the first 12 digits.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. @LSMagic001 I'm sorry I missed your reply! You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app to send me a private message. Please include your gift card number and registered email address so I can look into this for you.
