Help! Gift card is 14 digits

Hi! I received a giftcard over Christmas and it is a physical gift card. I peeled off the back and the card # is 14 digits and the pin is 8 digits. The card is not damaged nor have the numbers rubbed off. It says it’s invalid online, can someone please help?! 😞

Did it ever get resolved???? I got a gift card too and it only has 14 digits and 8 numbers for the pin!!!

@JennyE24, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with more information, I'll look into this.
