Help!! ‘Delivered’ but no package???

I received a notification while I was at work yesterday that my package had been delivered but when I stopped to check the mailbox on my way home there was just my regular mail - no Sephora package. I checked the status again and that’s when I saw that it said it was delivered to my front door, but when I checked it wasn’t there either! I looked all around my porch and asked my neighbours in case it was delivered to the wrong house but I still can’t find it. I even waited and checked for the rest of the evening, and have been checking constantly again today in case the status was just a glitch, but still nothing. 


I don’t know if it is just a delivery error or if somebody stole it or what but I am very worried as it was my (second) order from the spring savings event and it is fairly large 😞 


Can somebody who has experienced something similar tell me what happened and what the best thing to do is?? Do I contact Sephora? Canada Post? both?? Please help and thank you in advance!!!
