Heated eyelash curler

I bought two eyelash curler recently one for me and one for my daughter We both love them; however, mine is not working...it won't turn on. I was wondering if anyone else had trouble and can I return it ?

Thanks for your response.  I will do that tomorrow!  I get so used to ordering online, I actually forget to go to the store!!
