Heartbroken๐Ÿ˜”

Iโ€™m a little heartbroken about this months PlayBox. I received it yesterday and instantly got excited. Iโ€™ve been waiting for this one because of the completion products.but out of the 5 samples excluding the perfume I literally can only use 2 out of the 5. My complexion is dark-deep and I was sent the coverfx in moonlight which is waaayyy to light for my complexion.it looks ashy-silver looking on my skin. Also I received the bare minerals veil, which gives me an -ashy cast on my complexion. And the same goes for the foundation. When I subscribed to the play box I read that the products that are sent out are based on my profile. To say the least being new to the play box.im disappointed.

I'm so sorry that your Play! by Sephora box did not contain a close shade match. The intent of the Play! program is to teach, inspire and play! While the shades may not match exactly, we do hope that you're able to try them on at home to decide if you love the formulas and finishes of the products for the future. I actually tried the foundation even thow it wasnโ€™t my shade..mixed it with something a bit warmer.and it nice but as for the other two products they just were too light to actually โ€œwearโ€.
