Having site issues.

On the browser version of the site, i can't log in at all and I can't access "track order" or my old purchases or even my account. On the mobile browser version, I had similar issues for a day, then it got fixed. I do not, and will not use the app due to phone space issues. It's been like a month, when are you guys going to fix the site issues?

I'm really sorry to hear that! When you try to log into your account, can you please let us know what you are experiencing along with the type of mobile device you're on? Are you experiencing this on a desktop as well?

Sorry, I deleted my previous reply when re-looking at the site. There are buttons to log out and everything, but whenever I click any of them. it's just a white screen and doesn't load. This goes for all the buttons on the site related to my account.

you aren't understanding despite me saying it two or three times, this is on desktop. I am on a computer while using the site. i am sitting at a desk, on a computer. it's been going on a month. clearing cookies doesn't help.
