Having Trouble With The App

I am having multiple issues using the app. I uninstall & reinstalled to see if that would help without luck. I cannot add or view any item. It does not show my correct point balance either. It says 128 points yet allows me to take my 500 pt 10 dollars off. Is anyone else having issues with the app?
