Haven’t Received Refund

I sent back two items 2.5 weeks ago from an online purchase and still haven’t received a refund. I used the tracking code and it was delivered to the center a while ago. When will get he money credit to my account?

Hi there @Miki98. We process returns on business days, Monday - Friday. Your return may be a bit delayed due to the holiday season. You should receive an email once we have confirmed receipt of your return and when the refund is issued.  If you still need assistance with this, let us know.
