Hasn’t received my refund for an online gift card

Hi! So basically I have recently made a purchase online for a gift card for myself about 4 days ago. So the order hasn’t gone through when i purchased it and I still haven’t received my refund yet. I know there is some return policy for products in store but I’m curious because this was an online gift card.If anyone else has had this problem and fixed it please let me know! I will probably update if I got my refund!

@M1ngy If the order was cancelled or unsuccessful, you would not be charged and the pending authorization is typically released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
