Has my account been flagged? What is going on?

I placed several orders on 8/26 for the new Luxe box. It does NOT say that there is a limit of two per person (though I now realize that there is). A couple days later I checked on my orders and all but two said “unsuccessful authorization.” I chatted with CS online and they said it was a “glitch in the system” and that my account needed to be reviewed before I could place my orders. Note that they said nothing about an item limit, just that there was an issue with their system and it would be fixed. They said I would receive an email in 24h-48h and would then be able to place my orders. I waited two days but received no email. I called CS today and explained the situation. This time, they said it was because I had tried to purchase more than two of the Luxe box (even though it doesn’t say anywhere on the site that there is a limit). I said I understood and asked when they would restore my account and was told AGAIN that they would submit a request for a review and I would hear back in 24h. When I asked for a reference number for the phone call, the associate told me I didn’t need one. When I explained I was worried because the last request seemed to have done nothing, he literally told me to have a nice day and ended the phone call. On top of everything else, I received my shipment today which should have contained two luxe boxes in it, but it only had one (despite an invoice inside the package that said two were in the order). I had explained this to CS on the phone and was told that the item was now out of stock and I could have a refund. Very confused and frustrated. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you! I will try making a purchase again tomorrow and will follow up if there are any issues. Fingers crossed 🙂
