Has anyone been able to use an AMEX Gift Card?

I have checked other posts and don't see any real answers about whether an AMEX Gift Card can be used online at Sephora.  Had anyone had any success?

@GreenEyedGirl01 Credit card gift cards typically can be used online, however sometimes you would need to assign a billing address as it is processed like a credit card. If you are receiving an error, I would recommend contacting the phone number on the back of your card for further assistance.
