Happy New Year!!! Has anyone else noticed their point balance drop to 0?

I logged in to make a purchase and my point balance is 0. Did my points expire?

Yeah... I qualified for VIB Rouge and now it says that I am just a Beauty Insider with no points whatsoever?? Not happy...

Yep my points just dropped to 0 too. Seems like a lot of other users are experiencing the same thing. It's probably a sitewide glitch...
