Half Empty Product

I recently placed an order and received it yesterday (7/21/21). One of the items was the Supergoop! Daily Dose Vitamin C + SPF 40 Sunscreen Serum PA+++ 1.0 oz/ 30 mL, which felt extremely light when I picked it up. Upon further inspection with a flashlight in a dark room, I realized that the container was already half empty. It’s expensive, I’m really annoyed, and I want to know if anything can be done. I’ve never had an issue with ordering from Sephora before!
