Hair found my KVD Lipstick?!

I'M SO GROSSED OUT.. I was very excited about receiving my Kat Von D Divine Lipstick and as I opened the tube I noticed at the bottom there was a black hair smooshed in the lipstick.. It is not my hair because I have blonde hair and this is a very thick, black hair. I thought at first to not make a fuss but this is someone else's hair and I'm putting this product on my face.. So the note I think about it the note I'm grossed out.. I'm just getting very disappointed with Sephora as a company, I get more issues than not when I order online.
