HOW TO CANCEL PENDING ORDER?

I placed an order on November 8th with two day flash shipping and that order is STILL pending. I want to cancel this, but apparently cannot because once it's sent to their "shipping warehouse," we can't change it -- but, lol, this order is almost 20 days past it's shipping time, so I have a feeling there's something that can be done.

 

Is anybody else in the same sinking boat?? Does anyone have anyone advice? 

 

This just sucks so much - I've been a Rouge member for years now, and I've never encountered anything like this. It's so horrible that truly, I will be switching over to Ulta and brand websites.

Wow, that’s a very long time! The most I ever had an order sit in pending status was about 10 days. Good luck 💕
