HOLIDAY BONUS SALE VIB ROUGE

I'm a Rough but for some reason, I cannot use the code for the Sephora sale. It said I am not a rouge but it even says on my profit that I am still a rouge unit Dec 31, 2018. Is anyone having the same problem as me?
