HELP PAYMENT ERROR.

OKAy, i was ordering some stuff online and i used my $50 gift card and paid everything left over with my credit card. It said the payment had an error, so i kept on trying to place the order by clicking on it multiple times. I left for a few minutes, came back to ordering again with the same gift card and it said the balance for it was ZERO DOLLARS, my heart dropped. SO, i have three questions, 1.) am I getting charged for how many times i clicked the place order button, and if i did will i get my money back for that. and 2.) if i didn't get the order placed will i receive my original gift card balance or 3.) did the order place already but it just gave a confusing error code? PLUS i tried sending in an e-mail but got another error code! saying my access was denied. Pretty sure sephora hates me.

also my payment info was pretty spot on like my address matches the card and everything i triple quadruple checked and ordered some stuff online at another place earlier today, so that defiantly isn't the problemo.

The same happened to me!! I managed to e-mail them last night so I'm waiting for their response.... Stock is running low as we speak TT
