Hi I've been waiting 7 days already for my order it to ship.I know there has been a delay in orders.What is going on?This was a re-shipment because they didn't send me my right items in the first place.I got ahalf open product!When will my order ship?Does anyone have an estimate?I hope they ship me the right items this time because I ordered something limited edition.This is getting ridiculous. update:It has now been 11 days

I'm in the same boat.  I placed an order on the 15th and it is still pending.  I've ordered online before and it has never taken this long.  If I knew this before, I would have never ordered online.  Ugh!  I hope someone responds to you.
