CRISIS AVERTED!!! I am *thrilled* to report DISREGARD previous message!!! I figured out (I think) how to contact her (even though I think it's wonkadoodle that her message has disappeared from inbox). It appears in my regular off-site incoming e-mail box so I can just reply from there.
