HAVEITALL code says I have exceeded redemptions

The HAVEITALL opromo code isn't working for me. I tried to apply it to my order and there is an error message saying I exceeded the number of redemptions. I have used it once but believe it can be used multiple times during promotion.  I am logged in as a beauty insider.
