if any of you can help out, I redeemed 2 of these rewards and I have not received any notification or response from CS Bazaar on when will it ship out. I redeemed this May 29 completed the survey May 30 and get confirmation for both in June 12. Please assist on the whereabouts and delivery schedule for the 2 rewards as we are nearing end of July already. Thank you in advance for any help on this issue

hi @PenelopeBT i did not received 1 of the rewards , i redeemed 2 guerlain personalized case and lipstick for me and my mom. 1 was sent thru ups , 1 reward was not sent. i reached out to corporate concierge, rewards, and CS with no resolution. Each dept is saying that its the other that will resolve, who do i contact? who can help me? i need my reward. pls help

Hi @PenelopeBT it seemed my post got deleted I called multiple times to the 1877 number and they do not answer only automated message then the phone hung up I tried multiple times. My emails are not answered too. What do I do now? Pls assist , its frustrating that no one can help me
