I placed a lot of orders recently because I wanted the extra samples and that went well with most of the orders. On two orders I ordered a point urban decay primer costing me a total of 200 points. The entire point of my orders though were for the lux samples! One had One Luxe sample and 3 regular samples that I didn’t choose and my primer potion reward is missing. The other order had no luxe samples and 3 normal crappy samples and no reward primer potion either. My last couple of reward redemptions seem to always have an issue and don’t get me started on samples.
