Greensboro NC store

I have visited the Greensboro NC store many times and have witnessed the employees being extremely rude and literally shouting at customers. Today I visited and asked where I could find some eyelash clusters that I had purchased there less than two months ago. The employee interrupted me and said that they do not carry and have never carried those. I stated that I purchased them in that store in March and she informed me again that she had been there for years and they had never carried them. She never asked me the brand or any other info. 

I then showed her my in-store purchase history and she was extremely rude and told me that I hadn't told her it was that brand (I had attempted to, but she interrupted me and talked over me without asking the brand).

I have also heard from other women in the community that the employees here are openly racist and refuse to give out birthday gifts, etc. openly lying to customers about those things not being given out, and then when customers protest, they give them a gift at the register.
